CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
The entry of children under 12 is prohibited, and from 12 to 18 they will have to be accompanied by an adult.
All clients are recommended to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment in order to be able to change, relax and enjoy the SPA circuit. Keep in mind that a delay in arrival will mean less treatment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change your appointment or cancel a treatment, please notify the Hotel at least 8 hours in advance, to avoid the charge of 50% of the treatment price. No refund will be made.
